At Laneway The Label, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or exchange on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original Laneway The Label tags still attached.

  Submit a Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 3.
  Package and Post

  Securely pack your items and use the provided shipping label or your preferred courier to send the package to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Processing

  Once received and inspected, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
